Equipment owners must:
- Provide accurate equipment descriptions
- Ensure equipment is safe and functional
- Maintain proper insurance coverage
- Comply with all local regulations
4. Rentals and Bookings
Renters must:
- Use equipment responsibly and as intended
- Return equipment in the same condition
- Report any damage immediately
- Pay all rental fees on time
5. Payments and Fees
- Platform fee: 15% of rental amount
- Payment processing fees may apply
- Refunds subject to cancellation policy
- Late fees may apply for overdue returns
6. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Misrepresenting equipment or identity
- Circumventing platform fees
- Harassment or abusive behavior
7. Liability
AgriShare is a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for equipment condition, rental disputes, or damages. Users engage at their own risk.
